On May 23rd 2013, the governor signed a bill into law that increases the annual tax credit cap to $45 Million. That means more credits for everyone: more for landowners who will not have to work at lightening speed to complete their donation and get their certificate in the same year as their donation; more for buyers looking to purchase tax credit at a discount, but are worried they will be told they are too late coming to the table; and more land conserved in Colorado every year!
