We are so excited to be expanding our small Northern Colorado team of Tax Credit Connection and Colorado Property Connection. As you likely know, in a small company of 6-7 people, you are often wearing many hats. In light of this, we’re looking for an outstanding administrative professional to join our team at Tax Credit Connection/Colorado Property Connection to help us work efficiently and effectively, while providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Office and Property Management Coordinator – This individual is an administrative and multi‐tasking rock star who loves interacting with people of all kinds – tenants, accountants, clients, and co‐workers. They thrive on managing a wide variety of tasks at once where no two days are the same, and strive to own their position and master their responsibilities. 1-2 years of administrative experience is a plus. Salaried at $40K/yr.

As a small office, a willingness to be a part of our core team and having a positive and helpful attitude of doing “whatever it takes” is essential for success in this role.
